Additional Charges & Terms For Outstation

When booking a vehicle, it is essential to understand the additional charges and terms that may apply.

Minimum Kilometers per Day

• Per Day Calculation: A calendar day is considered from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
• Minimum 300 km per day will be charged.

Example 1: If you book for 1 day, a minimum charge of 300 km will apply.

Example 2: If you book for 2 days, a minimum charge of 600 km will apply. The 600 km can be used cumulatively within 2 days. If the total usage is less than 600 km, the minimum of 600 km will still be charged.

Driver Charges

Separate charges apply for the driver, including a daily allowance (Bata) from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, and an additional allowance for night driving if the vehicle is used after 10:00 pm or before 6:00 am. The driver allowance varies depending on the type of vehicle.

Parking & Toll Charges

Parking fees and highway tolls are not included in the base price and will be added as required.

Interstate Taxes

Even though the vehicles have an All India Permit, you will need to pay interstate taxes when crossing from Karnataka into states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa, Telangana, or Pondicherry, and these are charged as per the rules of each state.

One Way Drop

If you book a one-way trip, you will still be billed for the distance both ways, but sometimes discounts may be available.

Km Billing

Usually, the distance is charged from the garage to the garage. In Some Cases Will Be Billed Point To Point.

Additional Charges & Terms For Bangalore

Blr Package : This local package applies exclusively within the city limits.

Driver Charges : The driver's daily allowance applies when the vehicle is used for more than 8 hours. Night driving allowance is calculated separately based on vehicle type.

Kilometer Billing : Kilometres are charged from garage to garage; in some cases, the billing is point-to-point.

Parking & Toll Charges : Parking and toll fees are not included in the base price and will be charged separately.
